FAQ
I can't find my item in the redelivery. What should I do? We've recently migrated some of our products to the MD Vendor system. Because of this, we currently use two redelivery systems: CasperVend and MD Vendor. If your item doesn’t appear in one, please make sure to check the other. Still having trouble? Contact our team with as much information as possible (product name, purchase date, avatar name), and we’ll be happy to assist you.
I purchased my item but didn’t receive it. What should I do? Sometimes deliveries may fail due to in-world issues like lag or being in a no-script zone. First, try using the redelivery terminal (CasperVend or MD Vendor, depending on where you bought the item). If the item is not available there, please contact us with your transaction details (product name, date, avatar name), and we’ll help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
My item is not showing up. What should I do? If your item isn’t appearing correctly, please follow these steps: Check compatibility: Make sure the item supports your body type. This info is usually listed on the vendor. Remove deformers: Deformers can interfere with how clothes appear. Try detaching all of them. Use the alpha layer: Some items require an alpha layer to display properly. Make sure you're wearing it, if included. Clear your cache and relog: Weekly cache cleaning can solve many visual issues in Second Life. Still not working? Contact our Live Help in-world: Lukas Felix. We’ll be happy to assist you!
Why can deformers affect how my items look? Deformers are bone repositioning tools or animations that alter the shape of your body. Because of this, they can stretch or distort mesh items in unexpected ways. We build our products using the official developer kits provided by each body brand, which are not designed to account for deformers. Therefore, we can only guarantee proper fit and appearance when our items are used without third-party deformers. Note: This does not apply to deformers created by HYPE, as they are made in-house and we provide compatible versions that work seamlessly with them.
What’s the difference between a Single Pack and a Deluxe Pack? Single Pack Includes 1 full-color version of the item. Comes with a Specular HUD. No additional customization options. Deluxe Pack Includes a customizable version with 15 texture options. Comes with a Deluxe HUD that allows tint and specular customization.
I found a problem with my item. What should I do? Please contact our in-world support: Lukas Felix, or report the issue through our Discord under the Issue Report tab. We’ll be happy to assist you!
Why are some items updated so frequently? At the CHRNO family, we’re committed to offering the best possible experience to our community. That’s why we regularly update items to fix bugs, improve scripts, or add enhancements to the product. These updates ensure that you always receive the highest quality version of everything we create.
The alpha layer included doesn’t work correctly on my body. What should I do? It’s important to understand that the official UV map standard in Second Life is based on the default SL UV layout. Our alpha layers follow this standard, and we also include alternative versions to better suit the bodies we support. However, in some cases, the alpha may not fit perfectly. If that happens, please contact us in-world (Lukas Felix) or through Discord in the Issue Report tab. Be sure to include your body name, a description of the issue, and if possible, a Gyazo link or image to help us assist you better.
How do NXS genitals work with BOM? All NXS genitals have been designed for Bake on Mesh (BOM) since its official release in Second Life on August 26, 2019. They use the Universal Layer AUX3 – Tattoo, which allows for a faster and more comfortable user experience. We strongly recommend trying the demo before making a purchase. Please note: this product may not be compatible with other items that also use the Universal Layer, so always check before use. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
